Built out of 125 gsm e-flute corrugated 'kraft' cardboard, this elegantly simple packaging features buffer-edge protection once assembled, variable depth control and is - on average - around five times quicker to pack than a normal '0201' box. Because it uses our leading hot melt peel'n'seal / tear-strip system for easy sealing and opening, there is no need for extra void fill or sealing tape, saving you time and money. With hot melt peel'n'seal closure on the inner panels AND the external panels, the Twistwraps are very secure from theft or loss of product in transit. The special 90 degree twist action provides extra cross-dimensional strength protecting the package’s contents. Finally, the card material is FSC® certified / PEFC approved and 100% recyclable. By twisting the mailer, both the depth AND length of the product can be varied and still held securely in place. This efficient design completely eliminates the need for void fill or extra sealing tape. Toy postal packaging doesn't come better than this!
