Scenario Our Policy
Change of mind or unsuitability Not eligible for return or exchange. Please verify specifications before ordering.
Wrong product delivered Email info@aspvind.com or call 9999821806 within 5 days of delivery with photos and Order ID.
Damaged boxes received Share clear photos and Order ID within 5 days to request resolution.
Order cancellation Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
Order already dispatched Dispatched orders cannot be canceled or returned unless received incorrectly or damaged.
Marked as delivered, but not received Contact us within 72 hours of delivery update. We’ll coordinate with the courier partner to investigate.
Shipping & COD Shipping charges are based on product weight and delivery location. COD is available with applicable charges.
How to raise a concern Email info@aspvind.com with your order ID, concern, and supporting photos (if any). Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Non-returnable conditions All orders are non-returnable. Exceptions apply only to transit damage or wrong delivery. No refunds for sizing or design preference mismatch.
